There is a lot of negative and false information being spread in the media and online. It is causing much unhappiness, anxiety and selfish behavior.

My plea this week is for all to stop, take a deep breath. Forget about yourself. Then, ask, “What can I do to help someone else?”

If you have not gotten vaccinated, this may be your opportunity. Save a life, it could be your own.
