In a food pocessor, grind ham until ground fine. Mix in mayonnaise and pickle relish. Mix in any extras that you prefer. Yes, it is that easy! If you don’t have a food processor, just finely chop the ham, that will be just as good.

Here is a Recipe:

  • 3 cups ground cooked ham
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
