HEY Y’ALL! The husband and I were searching out a new bookstore this weekend. Back Again Books in Myrtle Beach. It is a small shop but full of wonderful surprises. Dave, a Hardy Boys fanatic, found the first Hardy Boys book, “The Tower Treasure.” I opted for a Stephen King thriller. Your question is from The Hardy Boys.

First Hardy Boys Book

Several ghostwriters wrote the Hardy Boys books under the pseudonym Franklin W. Dixon. The first three titles in the series were published the same year, they were an immediate success. In fact, they were such a success the Nancy Drew series was created as a female counterpart.

The Hardy Boys, brothers Frank and Joe, were amature detectives who solve mysteries that had stumped adults. The books continue to sell over 1 million copies per year.

How did you do? I hope you are enjoying Tuesday Trivia. Please invite your friends to visit and play long as well.
