
Yogurt Bark is a lovely treat on these stifling summer days. Nutritious and Delicious and so simple to make. Here’s How:
- Combine and whisk together:
- 2 cups of your favorite yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- Spread into a parchment lined pan (8 x 8 works great)
- Top with your favorite — berries, nuts, coconut, granola…
- Freeze until firm – about 2-3 hours
- Makes 8 pieces
Enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert – Any Time!

One slice is equivalent to about 1/4 cup of yogurt. Depending on whether it’s a meal or snack, adjust accordingly. We eat 1 piece as a snack
