Daily Prompt: Congregate
Weekly Photo Challenge: A Face in the Crowd

Spring has arrived here in the Carolinas. Yesterday Bud and I took a drive to Asheville, home of Sierra Nevada and New Belgium Breweries as well as many other fine craft brew pubs. It was a beautiful sunny day and as we drove into town we saw people congregating in sidewalk cafes, on decks, in shopping centers, parks, and sports venues enjoying the warmth and sunshine and leaving the stress of the week behind.
This photo was taken on the deck at New Belgium Brewery. The Sierra Nevada Brewery is very impressive, so we dropped in there for lunch. It too had hundreds of people congregating for food, drink and tours.
I am learning how to use my DSLR camera and was experimenting with black and white photography. What do you think? What are the couples discussing? Are they enjoying the day? I am not so sure.
If I could answer what the trees are saying to the leaves on their branches, I would also be able to discern what the people are saying to each other. 🙂 Excellent photos…I’m glad I’m following you.

The leaves are just buds at this time. The branches are probably saying, welcome little sprout we will have a beautiful summer hanging out over this creek and watching all the people who will stop by. Thank you for you positive comments and for following my posts.
