Snow White, Blood Red is a collection of adult fairy tales. Various authors write their interpretation of Snow White, Cinderella, Seven Dwarfs and others. Daring, complex and imaginative, they are not for the young or faint of heart.

My Review

Many times I choose books based on recommendations from others. Suggestions don’t always follow my typical favored genre. This was about as far out as I have ever wandered.

This was an interesting experience, and I am glad I explored the world of adult fantasy. The storylines were imaginative and well developed, but it is doubtful that there will be more on my to-read list. I prefer to remember the light-hearted fairy tales of my youth.
